Mindful eating is a non-diet approach that cultivates inner wisdom and self-compassion to guide your eating behaviors. This small group format provides a safe and healing environment helping you make sustainable lifestyle changes that can result in:
1. Experiencing the full pleasure and taste of food without overeating
2. Eating in a way that is attuned to your body's needs
When: 4 classes meeting Friday's from 4:00 to 5:30 pm - beginning Friday, May 15th.
